Wednesday, 6.20

Wednesday’s ride was 50 miles from Hartsburg to Pilot Grove.

The day started off with a French toast breakfast, courtesy of the Pancake Man. The line for breakfast almost filled the whole town of Hartsburg!

This ride included what some consider to be the most scenic portion of the Katy Trail. From McBaine to Rocheport, the trail had canopy cover, bluffs and views of the Missouri River.

Riders gathered at the old oak tree off the Katy Trail.

The old bunker was another popular spot for riders to explore.

The Katy Trail took riders past the historic Boonville Depot, which was restored by Missouri State Parks.

Riders stopped in downtown Boonville for lunch.

Riders set up camp in Pilot Grove.
