Tuesday’s ride spanned 56 miles from Hermann to Hartsburg.

Tuesday was the first day that the Pancake Man served breakfast. The Pancake Man flipped pancakes into the air, and riders had to catch them in their plates. Some got tiny pancakes flipped directly into their mouths. Now that’s what I call good service!

The first SAG stop in Bluffton has a snack stand called Steamboat Junction. Riders relaxed in the shade and munched on snow cones.

Tuesday’s ride included a poker run!
The Katy Trail riders quadrupled the population of Hartsburg Tuesday night. Campsites were located throughout the town, so some riders pitched their tents in backyards or on church property.

Riders received Hartsburg bucks and chose to eat dinner at one of the four restaurants in Hartsburg.
